Shipping
Shipping Times
All orders will be shipped within 1 week of the order.
Shipping will be through USPS unless that option is unavailable.
Shipping Cost
Orders are packed in an appropriately sized box for the specific item(s) ordered. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per item, typically $10-$13. I will combine pieces into boxes of the right size as long as I think they can be shipped safely!
I am located on the east coast, so it will coast more to ship to California than it would Florida (shipping prices comes down to zones).
I am currently only shipping within the US
Returns
Returns are done on a case to case basis. Please contact me for returns
Replacements

If your piece has broken or cracked for any reason, please fill out my replacement form.
I am happy to replace a broken piece at a discounted price. The piece will not be identical to your broken piece but I will do my best to make it as close as possible.
Ceramics is not a fast medium, it will take several months (at a minimum) to make a replacement piece. Please be patient!
